Yes, you can book as a group or as a single person.

1. When booking/registering as a group, please designate one adult person as your Room IC (in-charge).
2. The Room IC is also the person-in-charge for room key collection for the group on the day of check-in. The Room IC will also be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all correspondence related to this booking.

2. Unmarried couples are not allowed to share a room.
3. Children below 12 years old are not allowed to have a room on their own.
4. The maximum number of persons per room is 4 persons (3 adults MAX and 1 child).

A camper’s age is determined by their birth dates (eg. 21 June 2021) and not birth year. The system will automatically calculate the age, based on the Date of Birth keyed in.

1. Early Bird Registration will begin on Sunday 2 March 2025, and end on Sunday 30 March 2025.
2. Camp Registration will end at midnight on Sunday 20 April 2025.
3. You will not be able to register for the camp after Sunday 20 April 2025.

Registration is confirmed only upon FULL payment.

1. Please check thoroughly the correct amount to be paid for your camp participation.
2. Upon completion of the online booking form, please click “Pay @ Church” to submit booking. 
3. Upon successful online booking, an email acknowledgment will be sent to the email address of the applicant.

1. Campers are encouraged to make their booking and payments online. 
2. However, if you are unable to make payment online, you may approach the Registration booth on Sundays after the services to make payment.

1. Applicants must write in via email or text or call the Church Office to cancel their bookings.

3. Refunds for cancellation will be reviewed on case-by-case basis and will only be processed after the camp ends.

2. You can opt to stay longer at the hotel on your own before and/or after the camp. You will have to do this booking yourself and not with the Camp Booking System.
