Can we book as a group or as a single person?

You can book as a group or as a single person.

What are the criteria for group bookings?
  1. When booking/registering as a group, please designate one adult person as your Room IC (in-charge). The Room IC is also the person-in-charge for room key collection for the group on the day of check-in. The Room IC will also be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all correspondence related to this booking.
  2. Group bookings can consist of family members and friends.
What are the criteria for sharing a room?
  1. Family members may share a room. 
  2. Unmarried couples are not allowed to share a room.
  3. Children below 12 years old are not allowed to share a room on their own.
  4. The maximum number of persons per room is 2 adults and 2 kids. Mattresses will be provided for the 2 kids.
How do you categorize a participant’s age?

Participants age are determined by their birth dates (eg. 18 June 2023) and not birth year. 

Infant: 2 years and below

Child: More than 2 and less than 12 years

Adult: 12 years and up

What information is required before we begin our bookings offline/online?

Please ensure you have the following information for yourself and all group members before you begin your booking process. 

1. FULL NAME (as per passport); Please ensure that you key in your name as per passport. (Example- LAST NAME: Tan, FIRST NAME: Nelson Xiao Ming)

2. DATE OF BIRTH

3. PASSPORT NUMBER & EXPIRY DATE (minimum 7 months from travelling date)

4. VALID VISA for those holding foreign passports from certain countries. Campers shall be responsible for any visa application if required.

When will camp registration begin and end?
  1. Early Bird Registration will begin on Sunday 2 March 2025 and end at midnight on Sunday 30 March 2025.
  2. Camp Registration will end at midnight on Sunday 20 April 2025.
  3. You will not be able to register for the camp after Sunday 20 April 2025.
When will my registration be confirmed?

Registration is confirmed only upon FULL payment.

How do I pay upon submission of my booking?
  1. Please check thoroughly the correct amount to be paid for your camp participation.
  2. Upon completion of the online booking form, please click “Pay @ Church” to submit booking. 
  3. Upon successful online booking, an email acknowledgment will be sent to the email address of the applicant.
Can I pay by cash?
  1. Campers are encouraged to make their booking and payments online. 
  2. However, if you are unable to make payment online, you may approach the Registration booth on Sundays after the services to make payment.
Can I cancel my booking later and request a refund?
  1. Applicants must write in via email or text or call the Church Office to cancel their bookings. 
  2. Please quote your booking reference number.
  3. Refunds for cancellation will be reviewed on case by case basis and will only be processed after the camp ends.
Can I arrive earlier and/or extend my stay at the hotel (camp site)?
  1. Please choose the “Pre-stay” option from the option provided in the Camp Booking System.
  2. You can opt to stay longer at the hotel on your own before and/or after the camp. You will have to do this booking yourself and not with the Camp Booking System.
What if I have a special request?

Please leave your requests (pertaining to rooming, meals and transportation logistics only) under the ‘Remarks’ column.

What kind of rooms are being offered for the camp?
  1. Superior Room/King Bed = 1 King-sized Bed
  2. Superior Room/Twin Bed = 2 Single Beds
  3. All room types are subject to availability & allocated on a first-come-first-served basis after registration.
Can I book an adjoining room?

There are no adjoining rooms in this hotel.

Where can I indicate that there will be elderly in the room?

Please kindly put your requests under the ‘Remarks’ column.

Can I room with a camper of the opposite gender?

Only married couples are allowed to room together.
