Workshop Round 2: 4:30pm to 6:00pm

Workshop A
Bi-vocational Missions: Advancing missions through our vocations and professions
As we reimagine church and missions, it has become clearer that we need to have the whole church bring the whole gospel to the whole world. If we are to accelerate missions, we need to mobilise not just missions workers but the laity. We need a new mindset where there is no dichotomy between sacred and secular and see more bivocationals in missions.
Speakers: Yeoh Seng Eng, Executive Director, Care Channels International, Edwin Koh, Operation Mobilisation

Workshop B
Digital Missions: Telling God’s stories of hope through our use of social media
Social media is a popular space to inspire and influence communities close to us. How can we leverage on the power of media to share our lives, our stories, and essentially God’s story?

Workshop C (Round 2: 4:30pm to 6:00pm only)

Speaker: Dr. Tan Lai Yong, Medical Doctor, Resident Fellow (NUS)

Workshop D
Refugee Missions: Reaching displaced people groups from wherever we are
We hear frequently in the news forced migrations all over the world. This results in great physical and spiritual hardship for refugees and displaced peoples. However, this also presents precious opportunities for the Church to witness the hope of Christ. How can we be salt and light to refugees in and out of Singapore?
Speaker: Chua Chiew Lian, Executive Director, Habibi Singapore
